Therapy is a collaborative relationship. During the initial session, we will discuss your presenting concerns, identify your goals, and develop a plan for working together to achieve your goals. My approach to therapy is individualized to meet the needs of each client.
The initial session is 1-hour long. Subsequent sessions are typically 45-minutes long. If you prefer to meet for 60-minute sessions, or for a different duration, we can tailor our work together to meet your your individual needs. We will discuss both the frequency and length of sessions during our initial appointment.
I do not take insurance. I accept payment via credit card, cash, and check.
The cost the initial 1-hour session is $240 and the cost of subsequent 45-minute sessions is $180. If you decide you would benefit from either longer or shorter sessions, I will prorate the cost based on the $240 hourly rate.
My office is located at 2 S. University Drive, Suite 200 in Plantation. We are located in the 3-story black glass building on the SE corner of Broward Blvd and University Drive.
I value your right to privacy. While there are a few legal and ethical exceptions, the things you share with me will be kept strictly confidential. We will discuss all of the legal and ethical exceptions to confidentiality during our first meeting.
As long as you contact me at least 24-hours before your scheduled appointment, there is no charge for cancelling and/or needing to reschedule.
