Therapy is a collaborative process tailored to your unique needs and goals. During our first session, we’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, clarify what you’d like to accomplish, and begin developing a plan for moving forward. Along the way, we’ll work together to better understand what’s happening, identify unhelpful patterns, and develop practical strategies that create meaningful, lasting change.
The initial appointment is 60 minutes. Most follow-up sessions are 45 minutes, although longer sessions can be scheduled when clinically appropriate or if they better meet your needs. During our initial appointment, we’ll also discuss how often to meet and determine a schedule that best supports your goals.
I am not in-network with any insurance plans and do not bill insurance directly. Payment is due at the time of service, and I accept credit cards, cash, and checks. If your insurance plan offers out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
The fee for the initial 60-minute appointment is $240. Most follow-up appointments are 45 minutes and are $180. If a longer or shorter session would better meet your needs, session length and fees can be adjusted proportionally based on the hourly rate.
My office is located at 2 S. University Drive, Suite 200 in Plantation. We are located in the 3-story black glass building on the SE corner of Broward Blvd and University Drive.

Your privacy is extremely important to me. With a few legal and ethical exceptions, everything we discuss during therapy is kept strictly confidential. We’ll review those exceptions together during our first appointment, and I’ll be happy to answer any questions you may have.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice are not charged. Because appointment times are reserved exclusively for you and are difficult to fill on short notice, missed appointments and late cancellations are subject to the full session fee.
