Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice are not charged. Because appointment times are reserved exclusively for you and are difficult to fill on short notice, missed appointments and late cancellations are subject to the full session fee.
Health Insurance
I am not in-network with any health insurance plans and do not bill insurance directly. Payment is due at the time services are provided. If your insurance plan offers out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Payment Options
Payment is due at the time of each appointment. I accept payment by credit card, cash, or personal check. If you choose to pay by credit card, you’ll be asked to securely keep a card on file, which will be charged automatically after each appointment.
